• Complete Your Digital Intake Form: You will receive a link shortly. Please complete this at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Your updated medical history is mandatory to formulate a safe and effective treatment protocol.

• Treatment Area Preparation:

  • For Facial & Skin Consultations: Please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or heavy SPF, so we can conduct an accurate diagnostic scan. Bringing photos of your current daily skincare products is highly recommended.

  • For Laser Hair Removal: The treatment area must be cleanly shaved 12–24 hours prior to your appointment (no waxing, plucking, or epilating). Please ensure the skin is clean and free of fake tan, lotions, deodorants, or oils.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time so we can settle you in promptly.

Cancellation Policy: We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling or cancelling within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/booking fee.
