We charge a $12 flat rate for regular postage or $16 for express postage for all product deliveries within Australia. To find out the exact shipping charges that apply to your order, simply add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the total cost will be displayed before you make any payment.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Daisy Dermal Clinic is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days of the purchase date. Most Australian orders should arrive within 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive; by emailing info@daisyclinic.com.au, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and assist you in tracking the parcel.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you are not home to accept your delivery, a collection card will be left at your address indicating which local Australia Post outlet your parcel can be collected from.
Unfortunately, Daisy Dermal Clinic does not currently deliver outside of Australia.
You will receive an email or text message notification as soon as your retail parcel is ready for collection at our clinic.
Pickups are processed Monday to Friday. To ensure your order is ready for weekend collection, please place your online order before 12:00 PM on Friday.
In addition to your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law, if you change your mind, we will happily provide a store credit or exchange your retail item/s (such as Circadia Skincare) providing the following strict conditions are met:
The items are returned within 14 days of the purchase date, and the original sales receipt is provided.
Items must be in their absolute original condition as purchased, completely unopened, unused, and with the original packaging seals intact.
Returns and exchanges can be sent to or dropped off at: Shop 3, 65 Pierce Ave, Little Mountain, QLD 4551
If you return items to us that do not comply with the above hygiene and timing requirements, we reserve the right to return them to you at your own cost. Upon successful receipt and inspection of your compliant returned goods, an exchange or store credit will be issued, excluding original transaction and shipping fees.
If you notice any packing discrepancies when your parcel arrives, please check your items against your receipt and email us at info@daisyclinic.com.au within 14 days of purchase.
If you receive any products in a damaged condition due to transit, we may issue a store credit or send a replacement product at our discretion, provided you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage as a condition of refund or replacement to allow us to make a compensation claim with Australia Post.
Risk of damage, loss, or deterioration to the products passes to you upon delivery in accordance with these terms. All products ordered by you remain the legal property of Daisy Dermal Clinic until payment is received in full.
