BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
• SUN EXPOSURE: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks before your treatment. We cannot treat sun-damaged or sun-burnt skin.
• SKINCARE DETOX: Stop using active ingredients such as Retinol (Vitamin A), AHAs/BHAs, or exfoliating scrubs 3 to 5 days before your appointment.
• COLD SORES: If you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex), please begin a course of antiviral tablets (available over-the-counter at chemists) 2 days before your treatment.
• BLOOD THINNERS: If you are having Microneedling or Vivace, please avoid alcohol and fish oil supplements for 48 hours prior to reduce the risk of pinpoint bruising.
• SURGERY & INJECTABLES: Please wait at least 2 weeks after having dental work, vaccinations, or cosmetic injectables (Botox/Filler) before having advanced dermal treatments.
• HEALTH CHECK: We cannot perform treatments if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking antibiotics.
